TRANSFER NEWS: HIGUAIN'S DEAL REPORTEDLY HITTING A SNAGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Higuain deal  reportedly hitting  a snaghh. The merry-go-round has started spinning with it being reported the deal for Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain has hit a snag with Arsenal and Real Madrid in disagreement over the transfer fee. Higuain has been heavily linked with Arsenal in recent weeks with many reports stating that the deal had effectively been wrapped up.I still remain optimistic that  sign, particularly after it had been announced that Juventus had scooped up Manchester City’s Carlos Tevez and also Athletico’s Fernando Llorente, but we all know it’s that time where the media have a field day with anxious Arsenal supporters While Arsenal are the closest to securing his signature they are unwilling to match the £25.5m Real Madrid are holding out for and are refusing to go above £21m.Personally speaking, when you are not Chelsea, PSG or Manchester City there is usually going to be a period of negotiation. Considering we are only a couple days into the transfer window and that Ancelotti has only recently been appointed Real Madrid manager to sanction any transfers, it is way too soon to overreact.Yes, the purse strings have apparently been loosened at Arsenal, but publicly announcing this has likely meant potential dealings are now going to be more drawn out as sellers try to get every penny they can out of a club apparently ready to flex their ‘financial muscle’, but still a club that is no doubt still trying to get the best bargain possible. With Juventus seemingly out of the race, the ball still seems to be in Arsenal’s side of the court. It would be unlikely that Real Madrid would pass up on a reasonable transfer fee for Higuain, particularly when a deal would be beneficial to both parties. Thisis assuming of course that Ancelotti has approved the move and no other club comes out of the blue and stumps up a better offer. The transfer window has only just opened. Hopefully a little patience will reap some reward!!!!!!!!!!!!!
