ARSENAL TRANSFER:WHO IS PREFERABLE: HIGUAIN OR ROONEY????????
Arsenal have received a massive transfer boost this Summer, as Gazidis says that there is money to be spent. Arsenal are after a top class striker, following the departure of Van Persie, and have recently been linked to quite a few strikers, including: Jovetic, Rooney, and Higuain.Rooney has handed in a transfer request to Man Utd following the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson from the Red Devils. Rooney appears to be unwilling to work with former boss David Moyes, who says that he would like to keep him. Arsenal have been the most heavily linked with Rooney, although there are a number of clubs who would love tho get his signature, like Wigan.Arsenal have also been linked to Real Madrid hitman Gonzalo Higuain, who has also asked for a move. Arsenal and Juventus look to be the front runners to get his signature, but the player says that there are a number of clubs after his signature.Higuain is 25 years old and has played over 200 times for Real Madrid scoring over 120 goals. Rooney, on the other hand, is turning 28 but he has loads of experience in the Premier League.I would prefer to sign Higuain because of his age and his ability to score goals, however, Rooney would take no time to adapt and has already proven he can score in the Premier League.Any other opinion???????????
